I’m in a hurry; can I get my order faster?

Yes! Terry Trophy & Awards offers 24-48 hour hot rush service as well as a 4-business day rush service for those in a hurry.
Rush services – no additional charge.
While we try our best to accommodate all rush orders, there may be limitations depending on the items being ordered and our production schedule. Please contact us to find out more info.

Can I bring my own garments or other materials in for embroidery and printing?

Yes. However, quite often we can save your money by purchasing the product for you from our volume discount with several vendors.

Can I see some samples before I purchase?

Yes. You can see some samples or products before you make your final decision. We have many samples in store to look at.

We serve everyone and we have products for everyone. Feel free to come and visit our store to see a wide selection of products or examples.

Embroidery or Screen Printing: which is better?

Both screen-printing and embroidery are great ways to decorate your garment, and they both have their advantages. While the option you choose is a matter of personal taste, some garments definitely lend themselves better to one form of decoration over the other.

For each product in our product catalogue, we will give you the option to obtain a quote for both methods so you can compare pricing. If a garment is not recommended for printing or embroidery, that option will not be shown.

Will Terry Trophy & Awards match competitor prices?

Terry Trophy & Awards has Lowest Price Guarantee policy. Please request more info from us now!

We will gladly Ad Match with proof of the current in-store retail price of any local competitor’s ad (printed or digital) for an identical item provided that the item is in stock.

Not applicable to used or refurbished items, clearance sales, combination promotions (e.g., gift with purchase), double or triple coupons, after-sale rebate offers, preferred customer discounts or random discounts (e.g., scratch and save events) offered by other retailers, or to competitor misprints or withdrawn or corrected advertisements.

We reserve the right to limit quantities. Our “local competitors” and ‘identical items’ are determined by us. This program may be modified or withdrawn at any time without notice.

Do you delivery / ship products?

For in-store orders, we may ship / delivery items for you. As this is a special request, please call or visit our store.

Why can't I find a product in your store that I saw online?

We do our best to keep popular products in store. If you see a product online, it might not be available in our store, and vice versa. However, you can contact us and we may get your product ASAP.

Do I need to design the graphic?

Yes, it’s best to have an example of the graphic you would like. We also provide Graphic Design service. Request more info from us today!

Can I order online?
